Forever Reign - One Sonic Society

LIVE WITH PASSION - What is my inspiration for my title? Recently my uncle passed away. I was very close to  my uncle. I wouldn't say that we spent a lot of time together but, we were close in the spirit. One big fear I have in life is not making a difference in this world. "When I die, what will show forth to others the truth of Jesus Christ, How can I make my life count?"My uncle inspired me to live my life with passion. He was a student of the Bible and had a passion for reaching others for Christ. What I remember most about his life is not our conversations about the Bible (although great) but, were my own personal observations and witness of his life in action. I remember his bible in their home was always filled with notes and a study notebook that he would be rigorously preparing for Church or personal growth. Seeing him live out his faith and witnessing the personal relationship that he and his wife had with Christ, has been life changing. I watched a movie last night that quoted from Ghandi, and stated,"You need to be the change that you want to see in the world." It is not mostly our preaching (although needed) that makes the biggest impact in someone's life. What matters most is what we do with our faith.
"Work hard to show the results of your salvation, obeying God with deep reverence and fear. For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him." Philippians 2:12 - 13
